I have different approaches when it comes to dealing with customer problems as a freelancer, the best approach I have is the one I call "The Swift Approach".

The swift approach put me to critically consider the What, How, Where, When, and Who of any task given to me before I accept to handle them.

1. What:- I make sure I understand, what problem the customer is trying to lay out. What solution are they expecting to get? This is important to understand the customer's needs, so I can understand where to focus on dealing with the customer's challenge.

2. How:- It's very important to look through how the customer would want this problem to be solved and how I can get the problem solved. I do ask these questions because sometimes the customer does have a preferred way to solve the problem and also if this is something I can do.

3. Where:- I take time to look out where to start and end in solving the problem, where can I get the problem done as fast as I can? where to go if I encounter any issues? I do these to know if there could be any difficulties that could give me issues. It is always good to be prepared for difficulties because even some easy problems may show difficulties while on it sometimes this can be due to unexpected changes in means of solving a particular problem.

4. When:- Knowing when the customer needs the solution to be done is vital and when will I deliver possible solutions to the problem. It is important so that I don't have issues with meeting up with the solution the customer needs at the right time.

5. Who:- It is important to know who your customer is, and their perspective on understanding things. Very important so I can know how to communicate the solution or progress to them because some customers would love it complex, moderate, or simple.

In conclusion, I have different approaches to solving customer's problems but my swift approach is the best for a positive solution-oriented person. This approach increased the value and trust of customers for me because I was able to solve people's problems to deliver solutions on time.
